Return & Exchange Policy
At Rang E Mor, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. However, we do provide an exchange option for your convenience. Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags intact.
Once your request is approved, the exchanged product will be dispatched only after we receive the returned item and it successfully passes our quality check (QC). Exchanges are applicable only for size, design, or color, and all eligible cases will be processed through our return procedure to ensure a smooth experience.
Exchange Eligibility
Returns are accepted only in cases where the product received is defective, damaged, incorrect or if you want to change the size of the product.
Exchange Process
The exchange product will be dispatched only after the returned item is received and successfully passes our quality check (QC). The replacement will be initiated within 2–3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery is expected within 4–7 business days.
Cancellation Policy
At Rang E Mor, orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once this time period has passed, orders may be processed or shipped and cancellation may no longer be possible.
For cancellation requests, you can contact us or login to your account with your email and under orders section, you will see an option to manage and cancel orders.
